i claim before at petronas station many years ago. if i still remember correctly, it's the petronas at sg rasau or kinrara with a standalone tng hub/counter within the station.

yes, you can. i tried before use til 0. for example, last toll rm2 and balance rm2. unless you use for car park (minimum balance required), others no problem.

first step already error because you can't exit with card b if card b was not scanned when you entered. you need 2 vehicles at both bounds to make it happen. anyway this is illegal and not related to this thread. change topic lol...

the one i tried was at the petronas station after sg rasau toll (left side along the route from klang to shah alam). not sure at other tng hub or station. you may try and report here.

if it becomes inactive, it's useless already. you need to call the cs to terminate and withdraw your balance money. you can't reactivate it back.

that rm5 will be deducted every year for dormant account but doesn't mean it's reactivated right?

but not for my case. my tesco tng card just dormant (no transaction) for 1 year + 1 day and it's already permanently deactivated. once deactivated, an administration deactivation fee of rm5.30 will be imposed. this fee does not mean that it is reactivated.

but if i let it continue to stay inactive, every 6 months will charge rm5 for maintenance fee until the balance finished or until i return the card. tng cs asked to terminate and get the balance transferred to my account.

most probably your wife did not scan properly when entering the highway, so when exiting, she will be charged maximum from the furthest entry to sungai buloh exit.

if you take out your wallet and place it onto the tng machine, yes, it can scan through. unless your wallet block rfid.
