Just now tried to pay outdoor parking (minimum RM0.60) using TnG at Damansara Heights, the machine said TnG card can be used, so I put the card on the slot, but it said cannot be read. After that, I passed a toll but it said "Kad tak sah". This morning it was still working. Wonder if the parking terminal blocked my card? Calling CS to clarify now..

Just called CS, apparently in the system it showed parking error, due to the payment process incomplete. So beware guys, do not use TnG for the outdoor terminal yet.

Have you seen the new parking stand? I saw at Kuchai Lama and Damansara Heights, other areas not sure. There is a slot at the bottom right where you can place the card vertically in the slot and wait for it to detect. But in this case, mine failed.
I still have about RM100+ inside the card.

Sorry guys, today I went to Klang and Shah Alam areas, both also use parking coupon, tomorrow will be going Puchong area, not sure there will be any machine. Anyone near Kuchai Lama or Damansara Heights area maybe can help look for the machines? Paiseh

Here it is. My friend happens to be at Kuchai Lama and took the pic for me. Notice the "Letak kad TnG" words at the bottom right corner? You slot in the card and wait for it to read. But apparently it doesnt work. For this machine you have to key in your full car registration number.

Last month my TnG card suddenly cannot be used anymore when I used it to reload... Then I went to TnG Hub KL Sentral and told me it has been blocked and I cannot use it anymore, so the officer helped me to fill in a form for refund.

Last week I received email telling me that my refund wasn't approved, so I called to check and the CS guy cannot tell me the reason at that point of the time and promised will call me back, he didn't.

Long story short, I called on Tuesday again to check the status and this time the CS guy told me it will be processed and I will get the refund this Thursday. He didn't tell me why I got the email earlier.

Anyway, I checked my bank account today and I got more than I expected. I remembered I only had RM 20.++ left and I just checked TnG Portal, I only had 26.64 in that inactive card but the refund I got was RM 75.44.

Any idea?

They r unable to accept TnG as payment due to systems problem
End up pay by cash 
Just called CS from TnG was informed they have disabled all pymt function for Mydin Sam, Tesco n KK for upgrading

but.... paying tesco using touch and go will require the supervisor to come and login every time. too much hassle.
why is that something to look forward to?

i went to jln duta that day and as usual, the staff said no such free upgrade, also no need to upgrade

where to replace expired TnG card? their hub are just not convenient.
Can replacement be done at highway offices? Not much details on their website.

No sure anyone here posted this info previously.

Please note that if your touch n go card has been inactive for 1 year, TNG will terminate your card immediately and send you a simple email to notify you. No advance notice before they terminate your card.

Credits inside the terminated card will be refunded ONLY if you request, and charge you RM5.30 service fee for dormant card credit refund.

I called TNG customer service, spoke to CS and supervisor too, no way they can reinstate your card, but if you complain hard enough, they will reimburse a new card and waive the service fee.

i got a few old card from family members, which were expired many years ago. do you know if i can go and exchange it if it's not under my name?
