i dont know for the long run but this server seem to be following closer to KR server (no censoring / 100% rate)
the community might be better than CN server since there's a higher chance meeting with Taiwanese that speak good english.
but the cashshop seem pricey compare to CN server.
the vip price is like 10x the price for CN server.
imo if you already invested a lot in CN server just stick with it. you're not missing much since it's still B&S game.
(but if you want better ping come TW la )

guys question how to pick subserver i pick the ones you guys picked and it says character creation limited. use different server.. does the sub sever matter ? or all inter connected?

i can't create character too due to limited character creation on server and my chinese keyboard is also not working in game

Nope, I think only F8 and F9 are cross realmed or something like that. Got to wait until they expand the subserver if you want to.

After you switch to chinese input in game, you have to "shift" again to change from english input to chinese input. Because for some reason, when you switch to chinese input, the default input is english.

i am using google pinyin , when i type using it example : i press S , he just automatic input 是 there , doesnt even let me finish typing

That's your input problem, I would suggest 搜狗拼音
