but granted this project would be "more affordable" due to smaller bite sizes?

I wouldn't fancy crossing Jalan Tun Sanbatham every morning to take lrt. It's so busy and the overhead bridge is dirty, the lift broken and never been fixed as it's subjected to vandalism so much. Also one would need to walk through dark bus lane (where police block is to prevent car from going in) to get to the lrt. May be one would just walk along the rundown shops before crossing over and walk through Aloft Hotel pathway. Still not great and liable to be knocked down by cars...That http://www.sentralsuites.com.my/ website has a picture suggesting that the entire Jalan Tun Sanbatham will be covered walkway... Something needs to be done to smarten the old shoplots...
A few weeks running to Deepavali, there will be loud Indian music permeating till past mid nights.. Not to mention traffic jam as people would just park next to the roadside along the Little India..NOt very civilised if you were to ask me.

An elevated secured padestrian bridge frm the Suites to KL sentral would be a game changer; too much risk walking along little India...

this land is not really within kl sentral, quite a walking distance to kl sentral without covered walkway, v residence suite is going for around rm1100 psf for small units, expect the same or higher for this project
