Hello, for those who are interested in buying MRCB project,
I have a Cash Voucher with value of Rm10,000 that can be used as part of the downpayment/ purchase price. This voucher can be used together with any other early bird discounts/bumi discounts.
Eg. Downpayment is Rm25k, minus the Rm10k voucher, you'll only need to pay Rm15k to developer.
