Well, my Exora Bold was purchased in Feb 2013.
Just reached 120,000km service interval.
Maintenance cost is rather high for me.
Engine mounting blocks and bush replaced. Cannot recall how much but easily over RM500+.
Last year, tensioner spring for turbo unit replacement about RM300-400.
01 June 2018 - one of the radiator fans failed. Replacement RM200+ (Outside shop replacement. They said I was lucky to have it last so long as the other Exoras they repaired rosak earlier).
Then late June 2018, water pump koyak. That one already almost RM500.
This is all wear and tear, apparently.
Not to mention the 60,000km major service intervals requiring:-
CVT oil and filter change RM300+
4 Spark plugs if from Proton SC RM300+ (I bought Mitsubishi NGKs instead for RM200) Look for Iridium spark ILKAR7G7 model spark plugs
Regular service [every 5,000km as I use semi-synthetic only] engine oil, filter and labour is RM200+
I only use the Exora around the city for work and picking up kids daily, daily mileage is about 60km. Once a while, an outstation trip on highway.
So I don't think that maintenance of an Exora is cheap!
yup maintenance for exora quite high... even normal service 5k km easily rm200++, but you got cheap cvt service price... i got rm400++ because sc not following proton service price part. luckly my exora only use for long distance with 6-7 ppl. mileage only 65k km today.
