Higher profile will give us comfort, but the stock profile will do. For low noise, try to use thin thread patterns. The noise usually comes from tick tyre groves patterns. From experience, yokohama S-drive tyres is quiet enough for me. That is until it thinning.

For me, the best way to take care of a turbo, is to idle the car for around 30 secs to 1 minute (air cond off also) if driven hard, although thr turbo is water cooled.

And activate the radiator fan twice after switch off the engine.

And if i am at home, i open up my front hood to let the hot air expel for at least a few hours. I know its not written in the manual but just extra precaution measures.
