The Parc is in trouble jor. Too crowded with visitors from nearby taman and not being maintained properly especially the toilet! I can smell the terrible toilet odour even from the playground itself! DSL purchasers shld suggest something to SEH jor, otherwise upon vp, u guys wont have the chance to enjoy a nice Parc but the irrelevant nearby residents!

p.s i wonder how many SEH buyers are now actually living in kajang/semenyih area

Bro, I hv stayed in cheras for more than 20yrs and seen and experience the traffic myself. As long as u get use to it then it shld not be an issue .

If you are talking about distance and jam, everywhere also jam (esp in the morning and evening)
I believe I've some authority to say about Cheras since I've been here for so long
Why I buy SEH ?
I believe in their concept, township, blah-blah and their name (I know long ago LKS would be leaving SPS, but still I'm firm they would deliver....esp SEH Phase 1)

you're trying really hard to justify the traffic. and your justifications won't change a single thing about it. if it's jammed it's jammed. if it's not it's not.  personally it doesn't affect me. if you think it's good that's what matters right? 

yeah we kids are poor right now. we need guidance from senior successful people like you who buy properties in the premium township of semenyih to give us some valuable life advice. 

TKJ, that 1 i doubt anything can be done. PARC it suppose to be for public regardless of whether you are residence or not. I dont mind many ppl using it... As long as the public cares abt the Parc then is fine. I am hoping MPKJ and SP Setia will do their job and maintain the parc well. Now a toilet also jaga... This is very bad! 

Hello-hello92, you are right cash buy property with minimal bank loan. Buying house with high margin of finance mean we pay a lot interests.

if you don't have 'standard' working hours then where ever you stay won't be a problem.

i stay in jinjang, work at race horse machine parlour, and i ride moto to work only 15 min if cilok cilok. EX5 is gooding
