Btw, anyone got any idea whether SEH have launched the Super Link? Based on the news that I read yday, they expected to launch terrace and super link next year and price up till 700K. Not sure this mean that the Super link will cost RM700k.

I also can see they are begining to cover the land meant to build the shop lot... I guess shoplot launch could he soon...
Also, 1 of the reason bartonia sales slow coz 1 row of houses there are facing dewan and surau... That side only 3 units are sold if not mistaken. Till now still got ppl come to see house so i guess sales could slowly pickup. |

Precinct 1 fencing is still unconfirmed. According to the SA still subject to approval from MPKJ. If not mistaken based on the rules it has to be requested by RA.. But i guess SP Setia trying to help us out. According to the SA also thar it happened in setia alam but at the end they managed to get the approval once they appeal for it. Anyway, if the fencing is going to be done most probably it will happen after VP. I guess fencing shldnt be hard to do... Hopefully it will be approved and install within couple of weeks before resident started to move in.
Btw, on the super link, SPS will build sound proof wall and also plant trees to reduce the noise coming from Lekas highway.. Actually this superlink quite deep inside after accessing from main guard house. |
