Btw, anyone got any idea whether SEH have launched the Super Link? Based on the news that I read yday, they expected to launch terrace and super link next year and price up till 700K. Not sure this mean that the Super link will cost RM700k.

Ya, that what I found out too. No wonder progress is fast... I can see many of the non-DIBS (except Argentea) is progressing very nicely..... Precinct 1 from pic Errana and Luzento also progressing well... but no idea whether they have started on building the wall for precinct 2 & 3.

Although I am not staying in Precinct 2 & 3, I still eager to see how beautiful it is. Witht the wall in place then can know how high and how secure . Precinct 2 & 3 really got lots of small parks and a lake. Hope SP Setia will allowed Precinct 1 ppl to use the club house (I can if necessary) and allow us to walk around the big park. It must be superbly nice!

That was the earlier understanding. Till now I think is still the same. The only is that the maintenance fees that precinct 2 & 3 are paying actually does not include club house. This is only payable if that person wanted to use it. This makes me think that precinct 1 residence still got chance to use it. As I said, I willing to pay.... I hope SP Setia grant us this wish. I know precinct 1 didnt pay much for the house in phase 1 but also wish we can get something... For us is like nothing coz those linear park and etc can be use by public.. Nothing is exclusive at all excep the interl small park with a playground within our compound.

For me is quite acceptable coz the whole precinct 2 & 3 is quite huge...

My guessing is Superlink. It was mention in another site that I read. Starting price could be starting could be more 700K coz that site mention terrace and superlink (500-700K) per unit.

*terrace houses all launched. I guess is just a round up figure when the site mention 500K. The cheapest terrace of 20x70 from the recent launched is 598K.

Please dont simply pass info to ppl. Terrace houses all launched already. When they put 500-700K doesnt mean the house is price at 500K.

Also, 1 of the reason bartonia sales slow coz 1 row of houses there are facing dewan and surau... That side only 3 units are sold if not mistaken. Till now still got ppl come to see house so i guess sales could slowly pickup.

Superlink should be launching next year and price shld be over 700K. Also side is 23.5x76.

All show units shld be available for visit. I didnt went there coz dont hv my house type also

Eih, i dunno what it call... Fence covers if i am right... Blocking the view from outside so ppl cant see the construction side. Doing it for the shoplot land... So it could be launching soon i guess.

Precinct 1 fencing is still unconfirmed. According to the SA still subject to approval from MPKJ. If not mistaken based on the rules it has to be requested by RA.. But i guess SP Setia trying to help us out. According to the SA also thar it happened in setia alam but at the end they managed to get the approval once they appeal for it. Anyway, if the fencing is going to be done most probably it will happen after VP. I guess fencing shldnt be hard to do... Hopefully it will be approved and install within couple of weeks before resident started to move in.

Btw, on the super link, SPS will build sound proof wall and also plant trees to reduce the noise coming from Lekas highway.. Actually this superlink quite deep inside after accessing from main guard house.
