This is too much cost. +1 month agent fee mean 3 months loh. then lower the rental is better.

What is your strategy sifu other than


1) Furnish the Unit
2) Lower rentals
3) Even giving free rental

I suggest entertaining the tenant as a freebiw - but this is considered immoral to some

Really wanna learn from sifu.

Will have unit to be VP is 2017

usually the earlier u rent out, u can get higher rental. if wait, tenant have bargain power coz they have many choices to choose.

install grills, lights, air-cond, kitchen cabinet first.
furnitures + electricals (depend u. fully or partial)

advertise in newspaper, and agents.

can consider dont buy furnitures first. some tenant prefer partial.

if u are earlier with fully-furnished, maybe can put higher price but got risk also, after
few months, they give early notice, they move out. if your aprt or condo high dense, have to consider this.

local ppl wont pay high rent also.

hehe u need to ask to the potential tenant then only can do some strategy. But if want fast simply put below market value for sure someone will grab. Personally i dont like to put below market value.
