Malakoff is a cash cow.. with 70% divvy policy... utilities fundamental.. whats there to worry ??? there won't be a GE on 15.5.2015,,,

if you just coming in for the dividend REIT is a better bet, heck even FD is better than this.

If there is nothing to worry about they would not have waste effort and money to employ a stabilizing manager. They have reason to believe be the stock could go below IPO price so it is not as safe as U think.

please look at Gas Malaysia listing - less than ideal setup with no divvy policy.....before listing there were too many concerns.. pricing/valuation too high, crony company lah etc etc... but upon listing.. price was trending up.. those who hold since IPO would have had the opportunity to dispose at least with RM1.75 profit/per share.

stabilising manager is like a knight in shining armor to me... others could be worry of their presence but I otherwise...

I never say there is no risk in every IPO... never.. as a season player.. you must know what you have to do.

yes, did u sell at the peak then? i am too lazy to check but i think it takes 2 years to reach that point since listing yes? Give you another case, what if you are still holding since IPO? where is gas malaysia now?

Malakoff is a energy company, human use energy every second, i strongly believe it can make small money on the ist day, i will hold some for long term, because the bussiness model is like TNB, sure win one, don't worry....
