Fyi, all the R1 games I've bought for my PS4 have all had Spanish covers for some weird reason, not sure exactly where the suppliers are getting the R1 copies from. And The Witcher 3 is no exception.
But the game content is all English like normal US R1 copies so no worries there. It is an annoyance if you're a collector though.

Previously in Asia PS Store it stated free so u can entitle 10% discount when the game release.

Bought mine on Malaysia Store for RM170.10 instead of RM189

Dont worried, only the cover and freebies, but the game itself start English.  I got that version too.
