QUOTE(PLOUFFLE @ Nov 26 2014, 05:26 PM) Personally, I do web check-in and print out the boarding pass, no need to check in in AA counter at airport. 1) Where did you get this info? The charge is if you already did web-check in and you want to REPRINT the boarding pass at AIRPORT over the counter.1)if check in in AA counter at airport will charge RM10 right? 2)after I click " web check-in"(check in 2 weeks from your flight online),I will receive another e-mail that has boarding pass pdf file right? 3)just take boarding pass to the custom officer right?no need go to see AA staff in airport? 2) Correct. You can straight away print from the web la. 3) Unless you have luggage to be checked-in, you can go straight to custom officer. |

QUOTE(throwaway123123 @ Nov 26 2014, 05:38 PM) Interesting..I didn't know that http://www.airasia.com/ask/template.do?id=440Lol go green konon. just say they wanna take advantage from uninformed ppl la. Check in fee of RM10 (it's equivalent in foreign currency) will be charged for all domestic flights in Malaysia at the counter and also to reprint boarding pass. There will be no counter check in fee for all international flights effective 22nd December 2011. To save time and costs you may perform web check in, mobile check in and kiosk check in. If you are performing a web check-in kindly make sure that you are able to print your boarding pass; if you are performing kiosk check in make sure you have your 6-digit booking reference number ready. There will be no counter check in charge for dropping luggage for self check in guests. Avoid the Counter Charges & Self Check-in for FREE. Click http://www.airasia.com/my/en/check-ins/web-and-mobile.page for FREE, Simple & Quick alternative! long time ago story.... |

QUOTE(PLOUFFLE @ Nov 26 2014, 05:10 PM) http://www.airasia.com/ask/template.do;jse...3F&locale=en_GB i use the method of printing the ticket at the kiosk, but i still have to queue to check in my luggage anyway. We advise you to perform check in online via Manage My Booking and print out your boarding pass before leaving for the airport to avoid queues. If you have a smart phone you can check in and opt to receive an SMS with a barcode to print your boarding pass at the airport. If you can't check-in before getting to the airport, once you get to the airport you can scan the barcode on the itinerary at the Self Check In Kiosk to check in and print your boarding pass. Alternatively you can line up at the counters to check in and obtain your boarding pass. did you use this method? |

ok, i always on international flight, do not aware of it, that's why the last few times the kiosk seems spoiled although when KLIA2 newly opened, it's still functioning.
