Will UTAR student stay/rent landmark? How convenience is UTAR students stay at landmark (shutter bus)?

After PJ and Setapak UTAR closed and all the student transfer to Sg.Long UTAR

I was wondering nowadays people like to buy SOHO (496sf) instead of Service Apartment(1160sf)?. Most of the SOHO sold out but service apartment left kinda a lot of unit unsold Student will rent SOHO instead of service apartment?
I think all the Agent will say..ALL UNIT SOLD OFF, YOU CAN PAY BOOKING THAT I WILL PUT YOU INTO WAITING LIST , there must be some loan reject.   

Symphony apartment are too high density (1600++ Units) Although huge area (8 acre of land?)

yes - noisy? have you ever stay in next to highway condos?

you must experience condo like that.. the noise of 3 main roads aroud you is  especially this is not high end development for sure they wont be providing double/triple glazed soundproofed windows or double brick exterior walls.

well thats why most malaysia buildings are well, malaysian standard. and singapore and western ones are well, you know. 

anyway not my money vested here i leave you guys to enjoy the wonderful highway noise x3.
