it is not worth it la to get a x20...

when u back to msia,

perhaps, u shud persuade sifu etige to strip off all the parts of his dash and sell u the frame only,

since he try to sell at 4.5k incl all the $$$$ parts...

and built yourself smthing like this...

the frame has 2 sizes, L and M.

user posted image

the dash p18 with disc brake in malaysia, all are M size,
cos they din bring in L. doh.gif

very easy to spot a M frame, cos the top tube and down tube is a bit closer, but the head tube length remains the same.

below is an L frame, claim to be 9.45KG... laugh.gif

from guan chows' website...

http://gccycle.com/index.php/product/dahon

if the only dahon which has double crank is the 2015 dash

isn't it stupid?

since more than 4 years ago, when dahon is getting popular here,

the distributor lerun refuse to take in

bikes which has more speed and normal folding bike frame,

ie vitesse p18 etc,,

until last year? finally visc p18... which is the fugly version

now tarak liao?? doh.gif

so sure loose to those java etc etc .....

True..all dahon models has single digit speed except the dash. Upgrading is seriously a headache unless you a pro..i think will also void the frame warranty. I am also very confuse with their color choice for the dash
*
not all dahons la.... biggrin.gif '

anyway guan chow said dash D18 oni in may this year, n visc p18 oso later this year..... biggrin.gif

indoor is more efficient if u can generate the same motivation as u get on the road ....

plus indoor u dont have to worry about many things, cars, dogs, traffic light... hujan etc....

so if u work hard indoor, u might reach ur goal much faster n saves more time comparing to only training on real road..

most ppl's alasan is boring la... no motivation la... etc
so if u can beat this,..

I noticed in especially folding bike, using Kenda to Big apple around taman no use. with so many pebbles grain on our road, if too fast corner, sure slip, sometimes even slow. am trying to find slightly more protruding "bunga" , maybe something like schalwbe jumping jack tires. think will it help ? assuming there is 20 inch tires avail.

when I got my MTB, I change from recommendation to panaracer tires, boy, I did regretted it. sure, straight is good but corner, near missed disaster a few times especially taman area.
*
try to avoid hitting those la... biggrin.gif or slow down..
is the best solution...

if u really wana try those tyres, look for bmx tyres frm bike shop which have this type of
typical bmx pattern ....

user posted image

or u can look for the maxis tyre i posted earlier... pattern smthing like maxis DTH, for bmx and bigger oso got..

and taobao got a lot of choices....

kenda small block eight got 1.75 1.95 2.1...
