As long as your provider has their apps on Roku I guess that should be okay.

Korean Dramas yes. Since Roku has Hulu, Crunchyroll, DramaFever support, so yes basically there are lots of korean dramas. But don't expect up to date korean dramas as the same day it is shown in Korea itself.

As for HK TV, if you mean TVB stuff... sadly, no. But if you do mean China TV, DramaFever does have China dramas.

I would suggest Roku 3 over amazon fire stick. Unless you're planning to subscribe to Amazon Prime to enjoy their Prime Instant Video then yes go for amazon fire stick.

Interested in getting something that can suit my needs. Please help see what I can use to -

1. Mirror whats on my iPad Safari browser to the TV (my TV - Smart TV Panasonic Viera with Wifi and LAN) Must be able to stream 1080p content.

2. Watch mostly TV programs - documentaries like Luxe TV, Fashion TV, Nat Geo, Astro's Life Inspired, Korean dramas, old Sit-Coms...etc

3. Menu needs to be in English

I have narrow it down to either Apple TV or ROku 3 or Himedia Q16/Q5. Leaning on Roku 3 but I think it cant mirror whats on my iPad. Reason why I want to mirror the iPad is because navigating and keying in words is easier than using a remote. Thats the only reason and my boss wants to watch korean dramas

Any other choices? Thanks in advance

Apple can be very proprietary. If you want iPad, Apple TV is the only choice

Just give up bro. I paid for 12 months subscription but only get like 4 months + 1 month trial + lost record + alot of downtime and headache dealing with this guy. In the end I pay for myself. All of this for the same monthly price. Really not worth it.
