Lol being nostalgic with restaurants now? I'll play... Who remembers Kong Sai before they became a chain and was just a single shoplot in Paramount Garden? Heck, how remembers when Kong Sai didn't even have a shoplot and used to operate from the roadside stalls just across the street next to what is not the Giant but used to be a theater? Who remember the very first KFC in Malaysia? Some people know that the Seapark branch was the very first, but who remembers that it wasn't always at the corner lot now but was actually located somewhere...well, nearer to the previous mentioned Kong Sai? Who has eaten there before? Who remembers when they used to serve beer even? Yeah yeah...oldfag here...

QUOTE(jonny4 @ Nov 24 2014, 10:03 PM) i dun remember kong sai but opposite those stalls u mentioned there's a row of shoplots. there was a restaurant somewhere in d middle. no signage whatsoever but the food was good. they had a unique way of making sweet n sour pork. my family loved going there in the 90s until one day i found a lipas in the potato n pork dish my dad tapued for dinner. itu bonus liao...don't make a fuss about it or they charge you extra.
