I think you expect too much...this is just a point A to B car with CVT...not racing car...

May i ask what's your previous car or another car you are comparing to? This will give a level of measurable expectation. CVT cars are just not meant for performance...but bear in mind, this car actually performs a lot better than most of it's peer in the same class....i can confirm it's better than a Vios, Iriz(1.6), Kia Rio. And Paultan has test showing it's acceleration better than Polo (1.6), Vios and maybe Almera.

These kinda comparison not really valid...too many factors, how hard the driver press? What's the distance they are already running at? All i can say, the City has pretty good acceleration and better than a lot of peers in it's class. Either your expectation too high or you really have a lemon. Why don't you do this...go to different showroom, testdrive a few more Cities....but drive some other car to test drive lar...later SA fark you for fooling around...drive a City there to test drive City...LOL.

Seriously I had this issue on the highway recently. Wanna cruise happily at 100km/h on the middle lane also kena cucuk for no reason. My car is only like 300km mileage engine also haven't properly break in, so had to signal to the slow lane and give way.

Myvi lagi best also "tail-gate" me even i already @ 160km/h. Surprisingly, it is a female driver.

Don't play play with myvi lagi best eventhough the engine horsepower is only around 90.

Not suprise at all.... i know a girl always drive at 170kmh at highway.

Before want to overtake, make sure rev the rpm to 3k and once press more gas pedal will established the boost power to ensure sufficient speed to move forward the vehicle in desire speed. S mode is apply if you really want to cut queue during heavy traffic while right lane car is fast.

How old is the gearbox? CVT not durable? 

I think I need to start asking this question. My 10k service will be up next month but I foresee my mileage will only be around 5-6k, thus what would be the most suitable black oil? The car is mainly for city drive and short distance drive. The differences between semi synthetic and fully synthetic?

10,000km is around the RM115 to 190 range ... anything more than that if you did not ask to do / change then you most likely got screwed / tricked but HM SC
