what is your charges to repack a XPS 1210 battery unit...

the one that I have currently seems to on hold about 1 hr of charge... [about a year old.]
I thought XPS were supposed to last longer...

RM180, 1 hour is still remarkable, I think even it is new only around 2 hours. Due to market competition, many notebook manufacturer using less cells than it is recommended, it finished very fast.

hehe agreed, same happened to PDA as well....
The more practical battery life should be around 5 to 6 hours

Got my battery from Altrafield a couple of days ago. After several battery tests, I was satisfied with my battery performance. In fact, it was a little better compared to my previous battery.

Do you support Asus L2 model? its quite an old laptop. i dont know how many cell it have, but it said +14.8V - 4000mAh. I got, quote me the price ya.

THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE... My repacked battery last longer and better than when I first got my XPS. [what u put in the battery pack? Hydrogen cells?? ] Somehow getting readings of 3hrs 45mins and general perfomance of 3hrs 10mins per charge....

and also a big thank you for personally coming all the way to Subang to pick up and sending it back... NOW THATS PERSONALISED SERVICE!

Note: another thing, got a quote from Dell [ replacement battery was gonna cost me RM290 ] but thanks to our friend here - managed to save quite a bit now....

Wow, thank for long feedback, feedback can also PM me, thank you write it here. I happy to see each time my customer received a good working battery, it show that my efforts worth it. Hope this new cell give you longer service time.

P/S: The readings will automatically corrected after you use the battery a few time. I believe there are some mismatch between the power management and fuel gauge (since battery and notebook is usually developed by different manufacturer as I know, notebook manufacturer order own designed part from different manufacturer and assembly it, this will lowering the cost).

Sorry dirsly, the price you name is price for 3 pieces 2600mAH Ni-MH AA size rechargeable cells. Which only 3.1WHr per piece. Mine is 8.4WHr industry hi power cells.
