Change? Not recomanded. Most of the battery that in contact with water will subjected to liquid damage, I forget to capture the picture last time I do one. Otherwise I can show you. Unless you tell me that the battery only get a split of water not dump into water.

Problem: The day before battery still can be used, still was in 80% good condition. The next day.. battery suddenly kong, cant even turn on the laptop now... need to use AC everyday.. Can this battery be fixed/refilled?

Mostly can be fixed, more than 90% twinhead battery can be fixed. But sometime, fail to "ON" with battery may not be the battery problem. You can send us your battery and we will judge if it suitable for refill.

If the battery is under output disabled state, can be enabled by reset some flag in the battery system cache but the life of the battery is undetermined by any scientific mean. Once it fail, it will fail randomly not direct propotional to time. But usually can be used for more than 3 month again since it is quite new. This is how, many people fixed the battery, rebalance the cells voltage and enabled it to reduce chimical waste since it still usable.

I always try to figure out if it is notebook problem or battery problem that cause the battery only last for ~one year nowaday. Last time it can last 2-3 years. I suggest it is battery's cells problem. Beside, high capacity and high power output capability cause the battery rushing (highly active) in the begining and thus exhaust very fast. Just like in a long run, you try to run very fast in the begining, although you are No.1 in the beginning, you won't won at last unless you are phisically x time stronger than other participients (do you think this is possible?)

Battery should last for more than 3 month, we give a 3 month limited warranty.

I think it is reasonably good since no body complain since my first customer on last years September

If some body ask:
"Can the battery last 10hours and last for ten years?"
I will tell him "no".

"Can the battery do a 3hours standby and can be used for more than one year?"
I will probably say "yes".

This is more easier to answer.

This is not a scientists team (involve huge amount of work, example the manufacturer) work to study the fate of a battery. What we know there are a few reason a battery can fail. Everything come with risk. I can't just tell you, "ya ya, it confirm last 3 years. "

The world is random (any unexpected things can occur) and we promises 3 months (some people promise one year, more risk, more expensive. Some people not warranty also expensive), this is the best we can do. If within 3 month, you found that the battery not gonna to last for X months and you have doubt, then you can send it back for us to inspect.

I really hope people understand what does it mean by warranty.

We currently think of giving one year warranty on next year. Battery is something wear and tear, people should not expect to exchange a free new unit every time it drop to let said 60% wear level after it warranty near end. In fact, many modern battery is design to work approx one year. I think many people know this. Some manufacturers not even give one year warranty for their battery, mostly six month.
