There are quite a few options for you to choose. As asura_86 pointed out, Premiere + AE will work. I would recommend Sony Vegas cuz I can work so much faster with it, and others might recommend Ulead Video Studio. Vegas Video 6.0c and above support the file format (MPEG-2 VOB) from that camera natively. You just need to import it (says another site). Mind you, some claim that is the editing format from hell. 
I haven't tried it cuz I don't have that camera plus I use DV.
