IMHO if the MOD bans seller with dispute like this from selling in LYN then only the seller will take this case seriously.

The Seller now does not even bother to reply anymore since he is still allowed to sell here (although with a dispute tag) as he thinks that even if he settles this case, there are more cases to be settled too in order to get the dispute tag removed.

Just my 2 cents though.
