Forumer you are complaining against : Devour(Lowyat nickname) AKA Leong Yee Yaw from Frixfox Solutions (His shop). I have PMed him on this matter.

Item being sold/bought : Lenovo Flex 14 + Upgrade to 3 year carry in warranty (No upgrades from him since purchase date)

Date of transaction : 01 March 2014

Details of the complaint
Purchased laptop from him, was given an option to upgrade warranty to a total of 3 years for an additional RM 140 and i took it. Its 22 November 2014 today. I just checked my warranty, and it is still 2 years. I am seeking for a reimbursement of the money i paid.

He has not replied since my last message, check out the dates.

Below, are some pictures to help everyone understand about the fuss with the purchase date:

To Devour, it is not my issue to deal with if you forget the purchase date. I paid for the warranty upgrade; you are responsible to provide what i paid for. Your excuse about you forgetting the date is unacceptable. I wanted to settle this personally hence i PMed you but it seems like you are not willing to. So im putting this out here for everyone to judge your actions.

its been 2 weeks now, Devour clearly has no intentions to resolve this.
