I officially changed my Maxis to OPO. Cancelling my other number and sadly have to put my Nexus 5 into the drawer.

I enjoy my Nexus more, but OPO excels in battery. I long time edy didn't bring powerbank. and no worries anymore when using GPS or play COC. 2 days with 5 hours SOT no problem.

As the person above me said, me too thinks this is my best purchase in 2014! Heck, I think the best purchase compared to all of my gadgets.

I thought you'll be getting Nexus 6 no?

Same problem with me when I am still studying and live in Kota Bharu. Now working in KL it's like heaven to me. pc parts, gadgets and phones all I can get straight away. Haha.

Cool. I usually trust your judgement. So probably will wait for your feedback on Nexus 6.

I easily got 7 hours SOT, with 24 hours off charger without any tweaks(i went to stock except root and greenify). and still have 20% left.

Cuz, i tweaked and tweaked, i always got around 7-8 hours of SOT so thats enough reason to get back to stock settings. actually 5 hours SOT is more than enough for me in everyday use. more than that, i either didnt charge my phone, or i have no work to do.. haha

Stock CM kernel is honestly quite good. except for 44S, i had random reboots, sometimes. I think 38R was the most stable, but touch sensitivity is better on the latest one.

Yeah i felt that too. Recent franco after 38R is kinda buggy and less battery friendly. End up using stock.

But if you want more control, of course best to use custom kernel.

Probably cuz i dirty flashed only. That random reboot was rare though. Like once a week. Must be because of some apps.

I bought it. But never used it. Everything stock. I even have all of the toggles turned on. Nfc, BT, LTE.

I only greenify Facebook, and never allow Wake Up and keep awake for Google play services in privacy settings. I dun use Google now and also turned of location settings. I do put High accuracy for the location/gps tho. still have perfect deep sleep only with these settings.

I removed Xposed framework edy btw.

And btw, the reception really make a lot of difference. I will worst drain if my signal is low. When that happens, I will have like 5 hours sot only. Best reception, 6-7 sot depending on how long I left my phone off the charger.

Yeah sometimes I plug in my phone to speaker. So less SOT on that day.

Actually I care less and less about sot edy. It became very normal to me to have 60% before I went to sleep with 2 hours SOT. Peace of mind.

That's why less tweak of for me. Just having fun using my phones.

Yeah if my phone have LTE reception, it wont be full bars. Best was 3 bars. Usually its 2-1 bars. BUt nevertheless, end of the day, 4 hours SOT with 13 hours off the charger seals the deal for me to be a daily driver, with 40+ battery left.

just be happy with the current OnePlus One right now. dont be worried about future. If the next One Plus (Two?) didnt come with CM, i will obviously pass~ and look for other options. easy as that.

in the mean time, nothing happens to our current phones. use it to the max, and live life to the fullest. haha!

Agreed on this. Recently I changed my simcard back to my Nexus 5. Signal is lot more better~

Tried both Maxis and Digi in OPO, definitely weaker, big margin of differences.

I just use my PC~
