I don't find the boot animation laggy. Is not nice n I replaced it with CM10 animation instead. I replaced the bootanimation.zip file in /system/media with CM10 version

just curious how is the camera performance and battery life between the two? (nexus 5 & opo)

OPO camera quite average for me too. before buy it i see all those awesome picture at oneplus forum.. but when it come to my daily use.. it is really not that great. as in i only want to take a quick snapshot, or insta my lunch 
i still find my old note 2 better... OPO camera is decent yes, but somehow some old 8mp phone still can take better picture.

Haha I totally understand your feeling bro. Look, I even bought myself the nexus 7 2013 yesterday. Coz I wanna try enjoy nexus on a 7 inch screen. So now I have 2 nexus tablet, in addition to my Nexus 10. I made this crazy decision coz I saw the deal to be pretty sweet.

I'm still holding on to my opo coz of the battery life. And some other things that made opo slightly better than nexus 5. Since I was using galaxy nexus then jump to nexus 4, I thought jumping to nexus 5 now would be too little of an upgrade. I swear, if only Moto nexus 6 was priced like the nexus before it, I would have bought it. Coz to me, yes the nexus 6 is a huge upgrade.

Lastly, I'm sure I will be buying the nexus 6 eventually. Just like galaxy nexus, when it was launched, it was exorbitantly priced too, but after half a year, I came to the picture. Once I've gone nexus, it's hard to go back. 

But still opo rules! 

Nexus 6 = Android Silver fetus. Still growing. Doubt nexus prices will drop much in future. #nobudget

Don't get me wrong people (like I said a million times), Oneplus One is a great phone. Can definitely last you for at least 2-4 years (well, depends how frequent you change and your usage). If still considering what phone to get, this phone still top choice, however do bear in mind, when new stuff comes out, out with the old (also, many people doesn't want to buy old tech)

That is not legit, my G2 already over 1 year last time, which then i claimed warranty (1Gadget) for Display problem.

The warranty service is not that long, only a month half. Meanwhile Lenovo warranty claim takes 3 month

Haha I also wonder why need to be so PMS with Cynogen logo, general public will still consider it a China phone or ask u if it is an OPPO. As long as u r happy with it that's the most important thing.

most of the roms with official support (see the official OnePlus forum) should be stable. but 'best' is very subjective. it depends on what you want, etc...

as other phones and some would say CM11 ROMs are the best and we're getting a customised version of that.

best to list what you want from a ROM and the others can help give suggestions.
