It depends on the structure and the cultuyre of the company ure working for.I've heard that in orang putih companines u dont really have to do lotsa work.As long as u can deliver it no matter how u make it and u can "kamching" with those orang putih then can put u on top faster thatn any bulletrain.Try to find any non bumiputera companies that is so.
