QUOTE(surefire v LED @ Sep 12 2015, 04:17 PM) Refurb and install B2N or wait for NCS v19 which suppose to be release this weekend. Thanks for replying and yes dki's last post before kinda piqued my interest tbh. It'd be interesting to see if he's moving NCS' base up.

S3 still a good hardware despite ram limitation - but if you can match a good custom ROM in it the S3 can turn out to be the new Iron Man - so to me even though B2N has it own bug but not many,it is still the best ROM closes to stock we can get. Another to boost performance on this device is you must try several kernels, because each S3 behave differently. Agni kernel is also not bad. QUOTE(linkinpark @ Sep 11 2015, 09:34 PM) Do you have any boeffla profile to share? Battery saving and no lag? This phone not for gaming. Mainly for working email, whatsapp, wechat, internet, and call. This is the setup kernel on my son's S3 - good for gaming as well. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Hai guys..can anyone help here..
this morning while getting ready to work, i accidentally drop my s3 while the backcover is off and battery fallout while the phone is still on. then i try to start the phone, stuck at bootscreen (archi 3.1) , i force close the phone and turn on back for few times. still stuck bootscreen
then i went trwp wipe cache and dalvik cache, then the phone now keep optimising apps then reboot, the continue optimising app, over and over..
can anyone suggest a solution before resorting flash stock rom or factory reset. now im at work, and just got new sd card, all roms at other sdcard .
thanks

I think I might be wrong on my negative comment on the NCS v17 or even v18 - my friend S3 which I installed NCS v17 in it is flying superbly - maybe the system cache is stable after a few days of flashing it. Battery standby time is superb.

Whollie smoke the smartdroid v1.3 + boeffla kernel + xposed is slicky fast - will monitor battery usage & performance as a whole. But upon restart it is a bit slow but after that you're on FF7 - serious no joke. The best thing is you can choose the bloats separetly in aroma via TWRP. Try it - no regret.
