Wau! even at this price also not worth it, Klang property is it not so good as else where like PJ, Cheras etc?

GnG can be setup by Resident Association. For this price, still cannot be an investment, then Sentosa is a horrible place.

Hulu Selangor is really hulu but this one is very near to klang and kemuning, already establish township.
