You can't be serious man. A terrace house in Klang with no G&G. Future neighbours shall be those dodgy kind of people if you know what i mean. Investment??
Doesn't mean that its cheap it could be an investment target. This is a no brainer, it should be cheap its in Klang.

For this price, still cannot be an investment, then Sentosa is a horrible place. |

not worth, klang only got seafood. kesas toll is expensive and heavy industrial area. Not Youngster want live there
