hi, may i know wat's the difference between these two in terms of SQ?
*
closed dynamic for m30 MORE to focusing due to Monitoring Series, It Balance headphone but in terms of budget price... Ad300 more straight forward is a entry level for Audiophile User. AD300 soundstaging more wider but m30 more neutral.

QUOTE(CLF @ Apr 3 2009, 10:29 PM)
Another update regarding AT!

Saw many people uses it while commuting. Seems like their preference would include IEM, and some big-sized cans. Spotted quite a few CK/CKM series users, one or two Buttons, and surprisingly, a girl on a monitoring series (can't remember the model, seems like DJ series). it is OK to wear a medium-sized headphone around, but i haven't seen anyone with a full-size can yet.

Checked the price at BicCamera, Ikebukuro. Eyed ATH-ES7 at 14,800 yen. Also saw the noise-cancelling ATH (forgotten which model), itchy..... cool.gif

Also spotted the flagship W1k, W5k, A2k etc on sale. Didn't check the price coz i know i cannot afford one for now lol.
From the on-spot trying, I liked AD900 than W1k though. i'm sure it won't be disappointing if it's paired up with proper gears.

i'll post some pics next time....
*
ES7 is cheap in Japan market and also one of best portable. Noise-cancelling Japan has two type (ANC7 is full can size and ANC3 is a IEM Size). AD900 is well know easy drive cans but W1000 is very hard to drive if you don have a proper amp on it.. Currently my Class A amp will be upgraded to another level which is using Monoblock like a hifi gear...

Not sure what's burning in but i suspect the thick cable or crossover. Shure and UE already mentioned there's no burn in for BA but i still noticed the effect on TF10P.

Currently CK100 effortlessly singing to my ears. NICE! Wont be filing for divorce soon hahaha
*
lucky i only prefer full cans size otherwise i will get one..is a nice...but i still comfortable with full cans

CLF, nice photos you have there..anyway price is goin down soon as i aware some item is already going down to previous price. but then again Japanese people deal with all dealer in Overseas is using USD calulation. sometime item might cheap or very cheap but some luxury item very very expensive. Good news is Audio Technica will open a branch showroom in Malaysia, as confirm place at Kepong..they will open the showroon next month (June).

Audio Technica shop in M'sia!?!? That's a good news! thumbup.gif
but.... why Kepong? sweat.gif

I will only be getting the headphone before I go back to M'sia. That time can compare the price between here and the bulk. If bulk's cheaper, I would definitely get from the bulk.
*
Why kepong i also no idea haha..anyway i'm very happy that next time went anyone can do their tested before buy..All model will be a sample there even w5000 I THINK..
