this is good. cost wise I believe could be way cheaper than container and appearance is decent also reason because is the temporary work spent on container is high.

the only concern for this is the mobility of t his minimalist. would be great if it can dismantle and then assemble back without much cost.

Your house container is too small. If you got land you should have build a small one room house. Making house out of container, I can see you will need to expand for toilet and kitchen that made from bricks which defeat the purpose of a container in the first place.
House container is just for temporary. You should have gotten some bricks and plan for a small brick house.

the bigger issue is that

1) land
2) letrik
3) water & piping
4) permit

bfore get a container, i think need to concrete the ground 1st, & adding Kaki to make the container higher will be better.
