aeon bukit tinggi is 5km from me. office is 25km. many fresh market on the way back home. i have 2 highway kesas and skve and face maximum 3 traffic light to work with no jam

why should i take house loan when personal loan is sufficient. theres many option but will determine the output. i also mentioned that whatever i did now is beyond typicality. so expect everything beyond expectation

the question is why take a personal loan with high interest instead of a housing loan with 4.x% interest to buy the RM35k land? if you qualified for the personal loan, surely you qualified for the housing loan? any particular reason u want to share?

is it because personal loan easier approve? or personal loan needs lesser documents?
