I watched a youtube someone posted here about building a container house.in that video,the owner adding a layer of wood/playwood outside.i wonder will it help to insulate heat (malaysia tempreture)?

Iinm u can built ur personal house on tanah pertanian.1 house per grant.cannot built a commersial house like taman perumahan unless u change the status of the land.for houses on tanah pertanian,no need approval from pembandaran.this is what i know but maybe im wrong

I reconfirm back with my architect friend.he said no need approval from pembandaran if u built house on tanah pertanian.but bare in mind,u might have some problem to get water,electricity, unify and most importantly sewer system.
