i prefer small wooden house much cheaper and not so hot. e.g like this

not sure, this is an big issue to non bumi. the gov should look forward of allowing non bumi buying bumi land. for what sake to keep the land when it is more resourceful being developed

u need to check land status i think, if belong to bumi then cannot.

When i go to parliment last week, i observed that temporary office for ministry, speaker, meeting rooms, PAC meeting rooms etc all are made using container..

I'm afraid you're in for many surprises. While raw material is slightly cheaper, the total cost would be higher for manpower.
Brick house is cheaper in the long run too. There's a reason people in kampung no longer build wooden house.

I can't remember the last time I saw someone actually building new wooden houses. Maybe back in early 2000. Still with concrete and brick base.

Really respect azreeceli for having the audacity to implement the container house idea in Malaysia. Must have been a tough job trying to to DIY it whilst facing challenges peculiar to our Malaysia environment.

At least he has a comfortable and affordable home for now and the know-how. Maybe can be a potential business in the future too, who knows!

all in sudden the whole newspaper in malaysia n brunei is publishing this story. so the coverage about my story gone viral again and this time even more viral

so making use the highlight and setting up focus with my brother who is also a contractor.
