Don't wanna risk my main account being ban for whatever reason.
Had a bit of hiccup when creating Steam account cause it detect my VPN.

These are the step I took:
1. start VPN, select US as the location.
2. create a new account at Steam website using new email, it should auto detect location as US.
3. when submitting the request, it will show VPN detected. stop VPN and submit again.
4. after the verification email is sent, START VPN again (US).
5. IMPORTANT!! ensure VPN is on when you verify the new account.
6. your new Steam account is now based in US. Steam Store shows $ pricing.
7. login to Steam app, search Lost Ark, pre-load. MUST BE DONE WITH VPN ON.
8. once it start to download, you can pause, off VPN and proceed download after.

This is how I managed to pre load yesterday night.
As I mentioned, I initially used ExitLag free trial but it doesn't work.
Windscribe did the trick for me, you could try with your own VPN 1st and see.

can you transfer server after create character. want to play at a server but it say cant create character on that server.

Valtan if NA west, but that server you just have to wait they open and faster create.

You cant, so better to play on an established server if you wan to play long term.

Valtan was open this morning for long time. Not sure now. But most of my guildies are in valtan. They open servers at different times.

Vpn on (us or other west region) when dl.
Once it start u can turn off vpn

Mari, Enviska, Akkan has SEA / OCE players - Just that Valtan has the majority

U won't really play only one character. But for first character, play the one u like first. There is no holy trinity AFAIK.

T1 and T2 no need healers, but once T3 upper legion raids comes, every party needs a healer, tanker will be prioritized

i successfully got it in my main steam accounts library already.
but honestly quite frustrating and mafan process.

My friends used a simplified process directly to their main steam account and it worked for them. Here's how they did it.

1. download proton VPN (its free) - use any free US server
2. open +login your steam account
3. run proton VPN
4. when connected, open this link - https://store.steampowered.com/app/1599340/Lost_Ark/
5. click play + u already have steam +open in steam
6. when download starts, u can switch off VPN already
