I also feel like returning the modem to them and unsubscribe their services. Same reason k!nex. Play online game have some lag experience. But if for browsing. The speed is excellent. Still don't know I should cancel this services or not.

Don't think about torrent. Because Maxis block all p2p at 6am onwards until 1am. p2p activity only can be done at 1am onwards until 6am. Grab this 5 hours time to torrent as much as you can but the torrent speed will not be that kind of fast. All depends on your area.

You cannot torrent. Have you try to torrent at 1am - 6am. Coz this is the only time torrent can run.

I make a call to them just now, they say their server got problem today. That's why we all facing slow connection. They will fixed this problem in the evening. But now I still facing slow connection. SIGH.
