very hard to say as whether they limit to 3GB. Right now I think they dun really enforce that.

Hard to decide le...ur area got HSDPA or not. If yes, pray hard they speed will improve once they fully roll out in ur area...Dun be too pessimistic coz other ppl over here oso getting good speed especially after midnite when running BT
