Bungie has updated their app and website and has confirmed Crota's End Hard Mode will be level 33.

Anyways, those that have gotten black hammer, it is advisable not to buy the Hive Disruptor if you want to replenish ammo at when fighting against Hives.

Just a word of advice on the upgrade section, if your old version has a much higher stat then the new one, you can decide not to upgrade it so you can save up your glimmer.
