Actually I got several weapons but only uses a few because I was leveling them up.

I died there many times when I first started doing VOG also then I watched some videos and managed to do it.

I actually sorta already have a team, I regularly partner with InkyOctopuss and both of us occasionally do the weekly and NF with random people whom were available. But I have 2 characters tho and I am the type who don't mind doing Weekly or NF over and over again even if I have completed it. So count me in if you need anything and I happen to be free and around

Actually depends on your play style de, when I first went VOG I also brought the wrong set of weapons with me. Then I realized how the team wanted to do the raid and I asked around and see what weapon is suitable for which Personally for me, VOG's standard is Medium-Long range weapons. Here is why I think so.

1st Part (Opening the Vault Part) Most of the enemies here spawn at medium range regardless of which side you are guarding. Since our primary target is only the Praetorian, its best you use weapons that can do significant damage as soon as it appears. I usually use my Vex, Fusion and Rocket.

2nd Part (Defend Confluxes) I still use the same loadout as the above.
2nd Part (Oracles) Here I use my Scout Rifle + Sniper Rifle + Rocket [ If cheesing ]
or I use my Scout Rifle + Fusion Rifle + Rocket [ If Legit ] There will be Hobgoblin snipers, I take them out using my Scout Rifles.

3rd Part (Ah Tiong) I go Vex + Fusion + Rocket for the gatekeeper part to take out the praetorians or gatekeepers ASAP.
and Vex + Fusion + Machine Guns for the real Ah Tiong fight and the Oracles.

That is a reference for you only, I use those not because they are the best combination but because those are all I have and how I make use of my arsenal.


LMAO last night was overly indulged into my role of DPS-ing the crap outta Oracles, totally forgot about checking whos with me inside and the Relic Let me handle the relic more next time and I'll get better. And I think kelvin was busy seeing if anyone is blocking his rockets or not Ah Tiong damn hardcore last night .

I don't have the weapons to deal huge damages to take them down quick enough. I even struggle to fight my way through in the normal ROC strike. I may have a way to completely get pass the stages after the first fight, but the final boss will prove to be bad news =/ But gunna be one heck of a challenge !
