KLSeet didn't update his page about WR740N. The links in his page comes with the older version of OpenWRT that doesn't come pre-installed with LUCI GUI. If you're back on stock TP-Link firmware, flash this file: Barrier Breaker 14.07 Final For TP-Link TL-WR740NThe firmware in the link above has LUCI GUI pre-installed. QUOTE(hth3heretic @ Nov 17 2014, 01:55 PM) I tried to call TM to make sure my user password is correct but I waited for half an hour and no one picks up the phone Call them again at 1300-88-1221 & ask for your UniFi PPPoE username & password. Your username should be "######@unifi". Your password should be a jibberish mix of letters & numbers. PS: Why on earth did you buy the TL-WR740N anyway? You should've at least buy the TP-Link TL-WR1043ND. A lot easier to get it running on UniFi. This post has been edited by sHawTY: Nov 17 2014, 02:38 PM

QUOTE(hth3heretic @ Nov 17 2014, 02:53 PM) I am pretty sure I have the right one though
I think I can wait until my phone battery get drained before someone even answers the call Change the Reconnect Mode to Always On. Why not just call the helpline using the UniFi telephone? The helpline call will be free if you use that.

Your UniFi password looks like it has only 10 numbers/letters. Mine has 13.
