Wau lau, none of the project is ok at klang valley, cant even afford low cost flat at parklane. Rubbish area semenyih also cannot afford, i wonder new launch at klcc at 500 psf ok or not not? I bet you still complaint.

1. Parklane - Low Cost Apartment - purchaser no brainer.
2. Rubbish Area- Semenyih - purchaser are purchase rubbish,

Cloud Tree - High class area - perfect choice for BearBear.

I still bet BearBear no biji to buy Cloud tree

After see the feedback on him and his reply, no choice to dog eye him, definitely can dog eye him, how much he have??????????????????? if he can show 1 , I show 2, if he show 5 , I show 10............

he cant even afford a rubbish area - semenyih (latest launch Standard size DSL 20*70 - 598k) and low cost flat of parklane (market value 400 - 450k).
