show us your S&P that you have paid 30%..did you put 30% DP? good view priced 723k, got ppl put 30% DP in? try launch by asking 30% DP..

no need 30%, developers asking 10% DP no rebates also investors (whom are rich ) also dun buy, goodview heights @ sg long south, good view @ sg long, Didaman, even some asking 1k , 5k 10k DP, but price exceeds 700k , also investors no go buy like Clould tree, green residence, almerin mall, some even no need DP like Emerald also investor left unattended for 8 months from launching..

FD around 4%... plus... there is a difference, one is confirmed, the other is not and based on many factors, even the factors is right there are many units/competation and you need to be lucky ur units is choosen
