Ok. Bear bear said he got 12k combined income. Lets say we believe.
Then? Many of similar couples also are in the same situation. It means demand are already there. Not to mention many much younger persons are yet coming to jobs and they have the parents like jen1.
The more bear bear wait. The more likely he cant buy the house he wants.
The more bear bear yearn for price drop, he more likely he will have to suffer the consequences of missing the boat again.
