400k X 3= 1.2 million, 35 yeas loan, 10% dp or rebated, need around 5 k monthly instalments, plus maintenance around 5.5k monthly

5.5 k monthly = 1/3 of your nett salary

total salary 5.5k X 3 = 16.5k, gross around 18k..

well shown my ccris report.. just printed new this month too..they came up with 3 properties from 1 studio. and below 400k, salary 18k gross, not to dog eye, but reasonable eye tell you one do not start with studio right? he mention reason choosing studio was not to take too heavy a debt..
