Inflated a bit only..open price after discount last time around 470k..still cheaper than mah sing n freehold..estate land not mining land..mah sing is mining land

U want cheap cheap geh hua yang symphony height less than 350k but don't expect too much on this price.

Taman bamboo uoa project might be slightly higher and might sell 600 Psf above. Is free hold and location ok ok la.I know some of the land owner there last time

I know Bearbear like midfield n he can't afford now. If 4 years later he still can't get anything I will consider sell him cheaper heheh

And for Bearbear information connaught avenue only less than 200k developer price,

Sentul will going major redevelopment in this 10-15y. And the army camp in batu cantoment will relocate. I prefer kl north than south because I feel that kl south area very high density. Probaly good for investment but for staying I think a bit crowded for me. Anyway this just personal preference nothing to do with good or bad area.

If he wan many Chinese geh go to setapak or wangsa maju. Plenty of PV apartment with good price tag for first home. Kepong also Chinese area but I don't like the apawnt there too many china doll, landed
Is good bet. If he prefer the convenience near china doll can consider kepong area low to mid range apartment lo hehehe
