hardly to find any freehold condo in kl wif less than rm300psf rental roi >5%, next to ekovest ekotitiwangsa and river of life project, very near to kl city center.
however d condo look run down, poor maintenance and alot blacks/middle east ppl staying there.
hopefully to get more input from everyone.

Back in 1995, my fren is staying at the penhouse. It was an upscale condominium.
The mall right infront of it was potential. But it turned out a flop.

Nowadays everyday i passed by it, the while building looks tired and old.

there was a 2520sf unit (i think is penthouse) auction in early this month for RM 630,000 , rm250 psf.

I agree. the mainenance did a really bad job

compare wif heritage, tis condo hav a more prime location and cheaper psf. however maybe another option to throw $ into sea ?

5906 sq ft penthouse can fit how many foreign workers? 30 worker can go in or not?

Noted cleaning and repainting of.heritage condo.on going today. It looks quite decent.

This condo has a lot of nice stories....

When can get the strata title?

Can shed some lights on what stories ? Seems eerie...

Why is this property so cheap? I saw a 1k sqft unit selling for RM219k in auction market. Is it for real?

Got 2 units at the moment.
1152sqft at 219k (Level 17)
1195sqft at 226k (Level 9)
Freehold some more.

But really need to check what's the main problem here. My bet is something wrong with the developer and management.

Yeah I was so surprised that u can get 3 rooms in KL with this price. Even cheaper than a studio unit.

Heritage Condo Are one of the best freehold Condominium in kl right now for those who want to make it as a investment house..Squarefit 1207psf...Landlord can get rental rm1300 for unfinished,Rm1400 for partially furnished & Rm1500 to Rm1600 for fully furnished,easily get tenant that is the best thing..New Management are Maintaining the condo very well,not like the old management before..New Management upgrade old tennis court to a new futsal court,they renovate a new playground now,, & they also have new access card system that we can scan access card inside the car without opening the car window so it will be very helpful for raining time,...The Condo is well maintain like You Can't see a Single rubbish inside the condo,it's 💯 clean right now..They also Have A worker who work for 15 years in that condo who take care all of the maintenance work & he done all house renovation with cheap price..I'm A Landlord too,I own the condo many years before & I'm getting a good profit so just Wana share some info..Maybe it will helpful for someone 🥂🥳
