hardly to find any freehold condo in kl wif less than rm300psf rental roi >5%, next to ekovest ekotitiwangsa and river of life project, very near to kl city center.
however d condo look run down, poor maintenance and alot blacks/middle east ppl staying there. hopefully to get more input from everyone. |

there was a 2520sf unit (i think is penthouse) auction in early this month for RM 630,000 , rm250 psf.
