Don't think you can find any budget chinese food at putrajaya. If your budget is more abit, I believe you can check out JW Marriott or Alamanda Putrajaya or you can try out IOI City Mall. Any recommendation will be appreciated.If you are looking for a lower costing place, closest I know of is at Dengkil, but I think only got non Halal ones only.
