not what food to suggest, but what food to avoid. Common sense, no potato chip thingy and etc and etc and etc. Too much to list out. If you really care, go do research about it. Nothing we can do about here, but you got to do some work for yourself.

as for me, I drink enough water and get enough sleep, as well as take something to balance out my hormones and now I dont really have acne. Drink at least 4 liters of water a day (you will need to go to the toilet often) and sleep at least 6-7 hours a day, or 8, depending on your needs.

why water helps: it helps flush out excess hormones that simulate the oil ducts, preventing acne of any kind.
why sleep: helps to prevent overstimulation of hormones in the body. Your body actually pumps andrenalin when you force yourself to stay awake.
why hormone balance: in both guys and girls, the body may sometimes have an excess of male/female hormones and this can cause pores to be clogged as too much oil is produced. Once this is sorted out, your skin stops becoming oily.

just my opinion/experience. And it worked for me, a former pizzaface. And also someone who has backene (acne on the back, damm painful when I sleep or lie down sad.gif the bad memories)

If u sweat a lot during ur exercises, take off ur shirt or wear shirts that can let ur skin to "breathe". Ur achne problem will be lighthen.

Use Anti bacteria body shampoo. Find products tht contain T3 oil or bexolyc Perocide. But,make sure u are not sensitive to this ingredients!!

Only go for oral form of medicine if the above tht I mention didn't work. Medicine to control acne/ hormone is bad to our health, so it is the last option!

I used to have a lot. Front, back, during my workout when I took the protein powder. I found out later that although the powder was low on fat, it contains a high protein content. the protein content actually spikes the uric acid in the blood, causing too much toxic waste. After I stop taking it, the acne decreases a lot.

i don't know what kind of food you are taking now and you might want to do the detox program that are available anywhere. The easiest way is stop taking sugar, kicap, meat (anything with a face), oil, MSG, etc...only take fruits, vegetables, and complex carbs for a week. then you will see it really improves your skins complexion, health, etc...even your breath also smells good. (Warning, you will lose easily 2kg after the program) kikiki

Everytime the next day after workout, whole body sure pain.
