couldn't open the video

to get a good v taper, you need to have

wide shoulder ( side raises, wider grip overhead press Etc )

big lats ( pull downs, pull ups, rows etc)

and last, small waist

you need to go on a program written by pros

like mark rippetoe, layne norton, or ice cream fitness, or stronglifts

follow the template and you will train all part equally, having big arms, nice v-tapers and great legs
